My name is Ian and I want to know if McDonalds is really that bad for you.  I know that if food doesn't rot it is bad for you because it has preservatives and transfat.  Will McDonalds rot?

My hypothesis is McDonalds will not
rot because of all the preservatives
and transfat and home made will
rot because it has no preservatives
and no transfat.

At nutritiondata.com I anallysed homemade food and McDonald's food.  I interviewed a nutrionists, Ms. Lisa of the Elkgrove Unified School district.  I researched some of the chicken McNugget and fries ingredients on google.
