Solutions for Learning

Help your student perform at his or her best

Solutions for LearningHave you ever noticed that before administering a school-wide assessment test, many schools remind parents to feed their children a full, healthy breakfast?  Teachers and principles give this advice because they recognize the connection between good nutrition and students’ abilities to perform at their best.  However, giving our children “brain food” – like protein and Omega-3s – is something that we need to do on a regular basis if we really want our children to be successful in their academic studies.

That’s why Dr. Sears, along with exercise physiologist Sean Foy, created a series of interactive workshops to help families embrace four key areas of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. With the tools provided by Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. workshops, many parents notice a marked difference in their child’s ability to pay attention, follow directions, and achieve better grades in school.  In addition, because families need simple and easy-to-implement solutions, the tools provided in each workshop are practical, engaging, and fun.

Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Workshops Will Help You:

  • Understand the link between good nutrition and your child’s academic performance
  • Implement small changes that will help your child’s brain function optimally
  • Make healthy, nutritious food choices—even on a budget
  • Make exercising together as a family fun and enjoyable
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle with the help of a Certified Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Coach
