Wellness programs that meet the needs of soldiers and their families

MilitaryMilitary communities often struggle to provide wellness programs that meet the needs of their soldiers, as well as their soldier’s families. Yet providing a sense of continuity between the values that are taught in training, and the practices that are maintained at home, would lead to greater success and overall health.  What if there was an affordable, fun way to give the families in your military community the tools they need to develop and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle?
