What is MSG?
MSG is the abbreviation for Monosodium glutamate. “MSG is a flavor-enhancing amino acid the food industry uses primarily in processed, packaged, and fast foods. It is an excitatory neurotransmitter and neurotoxin.
Why should I avoid MSG?
Many people are sensitive to MSG and have no idea! Symptoms often include headaches, palpitations, skin flushing, tightness of chest just to name a few. In addition, it can cause ADD, ADHD, mental numbness, chronic fatigue and much more!
