Certified Coach Rosetta Lambiotte’s journey began in January 2009 when she attended her first L.E.A.N. Start Training & Certification.
Initially, she attended to gain the tools to better her personal health. Since becoming a Certified coach, she has begun to share with everyone how L.E.A.N. has completely changed her life.

For Rosetta, the Prime-Time Health Training & Certification was a perfect fit for her lifestyle, age group, and passions. “I sing in a choral group called “Sweet Adelines” and everyone in the group is very overweight. Several individuals from the group noticed the change in Rosetta’s health and weight and approached her to learn what diet she is following. They are often surprised when she tells them, “It’s not a diet! It’s a lifestyle.”

Rosetta’s personal testimony has opened the doors for her to share with the choir how they can feel and perform better with the L.E.A.N. lifestyle. She is looking forward to teaching full Prime-Time Health classes to the group this fall. She is also continuing to work with a group home for mentally disabled adults to teach them how to develop healthy lifestyle habits.
