Certified L.E.A.N. Coach Christi Coy lives in southern California and stays busy being a mom, teaching at Saddleback College, doing consulting as an RD, and most recently, teaching L.E.A.N. Expectations classes at Coby’s House, a shelter for homeless pregnant women.

“Many of these women are in unique situations, so the group is small and always changing. However, the small group atmosphere provides the perfect opportunity for these women to ask questions and learn together,” said Christi.

“This opportunity has been a wonderful challenge and it is a pleasure to work with these women,” shares Christi. “I’m so glad Dominique sent this lead on to me!” Christi divided each two hour L.E.A.N. Expectations class into two , one-hour sessions and is paid to teach at the center every other week for one hour. She just finished the first set of L.E.A.N. Expectations classes and is looking forward to starting the next set the following week.
